I’m a certified personal trainer specializing in calisthenics, bodybuilding and yoga. I'm in favor of a style of fitness that achieves structural integrity and builds good posture.
I have an extensive understanding of the human physiology and a passion of how we function head to toe, inside and out. This expands to my sublime interest in nutrition which is paramount in finding optimal health. I often remind clients we can't exercise our way out of a bad diet.
Our desire for change must be greater than our desire to remain complacent. Knowing 'why' you want to adopt a lifestyle conducive to good health is significantly more important than 'how' you'll get it. I'm humbled to extend my knowledge to anyone who seeks growth. It's good to bring to mind that we deserve the best, our standards & priorities are a reflection of who we are.
