I am an internationally certified personal trainer by the IFAA, International Fitness and Aerobic Academy with seven years of experience. I specialize in General Fitness, Weight Loss, Strength Training, Endurance Training, Flexibility, Stretching and Nutritional Counseling. I have a strong athletic background having participated in various organized sports such as; soccer, handball, basketball and bodybuilding. My mixed training style has been proven and ranges from teenagers to the elderly and from beginners to physically fit. I have also worked with post-surgery patients and pre-and post-natal clients. All of which have had substantial results. As a true believer in healthy eating, organic and raw foods, I am in the process of becoming a licensed nutritionist. My training philosophy is to constantly change workout routines, this way you never get bored, you don’t suffer repetitive stress injuries and your body will never adapt to a “routine” – so it has to keep improving in order to keep up. I set both long and short term goals for my clients using different techniques that involve strength training, shaping and toning, circuit routines, cardio and core workouts. TOGETHER we will achieve these goals you desire. Hiring a personal trainer is not only about getting a great workout, it should also be a learning experience for you to be able to create and continue your own routines to improve your personal fitness level.
