Susanne Tiernan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Correctional Exercise Specialist. Fitness is her passion and she strongly believes in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
During her life, she has been a marathon runner and is a current obstacle course racer (Spartan races). She specializes in fat loss, muscle gain, and body strengthening/conditioning and prioritizes weight lifting for maintaining healthy body composition, especially for women of all ages.
