All members taking any evening & weekend Spin class must sign-up at the front desk to enter.
Please call an hour prior to class to reserve spot in class.


Work your whole body and mind. Our boxing trainer will lead you through rounds of different punches and combos. You will receive a high level of cardio, muscle strength, sharp reflexes and a focused mind. You will see an improvement in not only in your physical strength, but in your mental strength as well.


Perfect for students wishing to practice at a moderate pace, as it combines movement, breath, and meditation to foster flexibility, relaxation and self-awareness. This is a wonderful class to learn and experience the principles for de-stressing your life and reviving your spirt.

Boot Camp

A fast paced total body workout, which includes intense movements that’ll leave you wanting more.


If you love challenges and biking, this class is for you. Burn calories as you tone your legs through various levels of spinning on a stationary bike with uplifting music. A true challenging workout experience.
Sign up starts one hour prior to class. You are only allowed to sign up for yourself; cannot put a friend’s name on sign in sheet. No exceptions! Gym Etiquette: Do not enter 10 minutes after class has begun. Signing in prior to class is advised to ensure spot; members have priority. Use of cellphone is prohibited. Must abide by rules posted in group fitness room & those set forth by staff.
