I have been an athlete since I was very young. I started out playing baseball for many years and it is still a sport that I actively play and enjoy. I began bodybuilding in high school and trained for and participated in bodybuilding competitions. I was always interested in becoming a personal trainer and using my skills and passion to help others become stronger and help them improve their athletic skills. During this time, I put more emphasis on powerlifting and martial arts. Most recently, I have worked with professional soccer teams to increase their strength, speed and avoid injuries during games.
