With experience coaching clients of all backgrounds, I specialize in strength training, nutrition guidance, and time management strategies to make sure your health goals fit in with your other commitments.
As someone who's balanced competitive bodybuilding with a 9-6 office job before, I know what it takes to make fitness a priority even when life gets crazy. I love helping my clients find that same motivation and accountability.
I’m also currently pursuing my Master’s in Health Promotion and Behavioral Wellness, where my research focuses on chronic disease prevention through exercise and diet interventions. I bring this knowledge directly into my coaching to help my clients live happier and healthier lives.
